Woof !

Margaret Clark

It’s my wedding anniversary today – 17 years married…. 🙂

This is my card for DH. At the moment, he really, really, really wants a dog.

Yeah, I don’t do pets as presents….. so this cute pooch will have to suffice. I’m curious if this card is plain enough for DH – he usually cannot muster much enthusiam for my cards !

This is a GREAT sketch !

I think its adapted from one I saw at Seize The Birthday and its so versatile !

Images: All magazine freebies except the ‘Thanks’ round which is Hero Arts (retired) SO not helpful – I know !

DP is Dovecraft’s Cupcake Boutique – available here.

Perfect male card!

Okay, maybe not my version but this one I CASEd certainly hits the button ! Neutral enough to give to any male !

I’ve used it to make 3 cards, 1 birthday and 2 thank-yous. The thank-you cards are going to my Pastor and the chairman of our church as they were both very supportive last week when I got baptised.

Anyhow, trying to fit some inking into pauses of frantic cleaning and organising – back to school on Monday !

Stamps: Tree – Lovely As A Tree, Stampin’Up – birds ?

Sentiments : Thanks  – Hero Arts (retired), Birthday Wishes – Teeny Trees, Waltzing Mouse, Bible Text – SmARTworks ( I think  – company gone now )

Twilight Blessings

No, not that Twilight !! Ok, I admit the books were a guilty treat, but Bella was such a sap, and the whole ‘Renesmee’ thing was icky wierd….. No, proper twilight – the half-light between day and night. The Scots word for it is ‘gloaming’ which is rather lovely and mystical in my opinion.

I CASEd this card from Heather Telford – one layer inky-inky, gotta be a Heather CASE ! If I’m honest, I’m not sure I have the balance between dark and white right – I got a bit carried away ! Anyhow, this is for my SIL’s birthday, perhaps she won’t notice…. 🙂

Edited; she loved it and said “oh, yes, that’s another one of yours getting a frame…!”
