A new Fancy Fold !!

I made this for DH’s grandmother.

He’s seriously not keen on it. Apparently it’s bigger than he’s used to – it’s A5, same as his Valentines card. When I pointed this out, he flustered about the step design “having a bigger footprint”

But, it’s all cool, I know exactly how to make it seem more attractive to him.

Have you seen the price of a half-decent commercial card recently?

This is truly a work of art! I can’t even imagine how you constructed this, but the effect is really stunning. I’m sure your DH’s grandmother will appreciate the love that went into it!

Men just do not understand hand-crafted! And you’re right – there’s a spark of interest in the money-saving concept but when they find out that you’ve spent the evening at a friend’s and come back with ONE card they give up on that idea too! His grandmother will of course appreciate it – it’s gorgeous!
